AANZ will invest in real assets, namely highly sort after Helicopters, which are capable of being used, bought and sold, worldwide.

Ongoing Regular Distributions

As AANZ leases its assets to aviation and
aerospace operators it receives a regular income stream from its investments which enable it to make
regular distributions on a paid quarterly basis.

No Bank Debt

AANZ does not use bank debt but instead utilises investor funding. Therefore, it is not subject to interest rate increases or obliged to comply with bank covenants to enable distributions to investors and nor will it provide any security over its assets.

Liquidity

The AANZ structure is intended to enable investors seeking liquidity after, a minimum investment period investors can request redemption of all or part of their investment.

Aircraft focus H145

The H145/BK-117 D series are in high demand globally.

Alignment with the BK117/H145 is a strategy decision reflecting AANZ’s understanding of this aircraft, and its continued demand over the last 40+ years. Kawasaki and Airbus continue to deliver 100+ new aircraft per annum with waiting lists of up to 3+ years

Versatility and Adaptability

The H145 D2 is used for emergency medical services, search and rescue, passenger transport, utility work, and electronic news gathering, among other roles.

The H145 D2 boasts impressive performance, especially in hot and high conditions.

Reliability and Cost-Effectiveness

The H145 family has a strong reputation for reliability and has accumulated over seven million flight hours. It can use up to 50% sustainable aviation fuel.

The H145 D2 is known for it’s the right balance of operating costs, reliability, and performance, making it an attractive option for various operators.

Not only is the aircraft itself in high demand the demand for helicopter leasing continues to grow.

 

The global leasing market is growing at a compounded annual growth rate of circa 9.3%.
